What I mean is..

Recently, threads started linking like this..

As opposed to:

http://www.sherdog.net/forums/newthread.php?do=newthread&f=19

Now that the name of the thread is in the link, this does a lot for my, and other people's internet history, and further more, corporate logging.

I know, I know, if you're worried about surfing sites at work, then don't surf them..

But when I'm looking at the Asian Big Boob Thread, I don't need it logged that I'm doing such. I'd rather have it logged as: "http://www.sherdog.net/forums/showthread.php?p=22368948"

Why the change??

Type "friendly urls" into Google and you will have your answer.

My guess is so you'll know what you're clicking before doing so. There's been a lot of gimmick accounts and trolls lately. The new system seems to cut down on problems.

We'd rather have a few people get in trouble for looking at big boobed asians than a bigger group getting in trouble for looking at gay porn and scat.

By the way, why would you be looking at NSFW threads at work? You kind of answered your own question.
