Why the good fighters who won a short fight doenst fight more often (LIKE CERRONE)

yes !

that one, and Cerrone fights are like the only exception in the rule

If McGregor can do it, Cerrone can do it, so EVERYONE can do it.

In my opinion UFC should give bonuses and shit to encourage that behaviour

- YOU ARE HEALTHY
- YOU ALREADY MADE WEIGHT
- YOU ALREADY MAKE CAMPAMENT
- YOU BARELY TOOK ANY DAMAGE IN YOUR LAST FIGHT

then lets just fight again quick !!!!

McGregor will have 4+ months between fights, it's not like he's fighting within weeks of his last fight.

If you're fighting a good fighter you need time to game plan and then work on that plan, bring in guys who will help you hash the plan out, and drill it. Conors no dummy, he's not taking a fight every month, he had a quick fight and he's giving himself time to get ready for RDA.

There's much more to these fights than what you see, you don't know what damage they have from training, you don't know how hard the cut was and how hard it will be on their body to do it again in a few weeks and you don't know their personal situations. You're judging these guys from the POV of an entitled fan who just wants to get his way and doesn't look past his own nose.

too much emphasis on training camps and strategy
i personally feel its overrated, need fighters to compete more based on skill rather than on strategy

lol, of course that every fighters life is different, everyone had his own problems and issues, that okay

but UFC has hundreds of fighters, and the the only ones who are willing to fight more often are Cerrone and McGregor

UFC should give a bonus to fighters who won in the first round or took little damage, to fight again in under a month.

Just imagine Cain Velasquez, could have fight much more often when he was healthy. Fighter needs to use his bodies when they are healthy

620 fighters on the UFC roster ALL competing for ~1,100 total fight slots in the course of one year makes this an easy answer my friend, do the math.

The average UFC fighter is allotted 1.5 fights per year. You are welcome for the abridged explanation to your question!

But still we have events that needs better fighters, just let the better fighters fight more.

And if the out of top 20 fighters need to fight as well, then make another event. Events every week.

UFC often does give bonuses to fighters who take short notice fights or fight again quickly. They aren't disclosed but it's been mentioned that the UFC is very generous to those who step up. Taking short notice fights or fights quickly also adds up because you're running out your contract and if you're winning you'll be getting a significant pay bump when you renegotiate (not to mention some fighters have a built in bonus, like Eddie Alvarez, where each win gives him $5K more towards his show and win money, where the last fight on his contract he could be making $50K more than the first fight on his contract, which again means his new contract will be huge)

But many guys fight more often than once every 6 months, it's just that Conor and Cowboy do it on the big stage in main events. We also don't know what things look like from the UFC's Point of view, they might not be offering guys fights every 3 months, if you're not performing or being entertaining they've got no problem sitting you on the shelf and giving you your required fight every 6 months.
