What's the reason why the countries which are occupied by Spain and France ended up with n poverty and turned into a 3rd World Country?

British occupied countries are prosperous nations, except for India.

Very true, to be honest no idea why the French and Spanish colonies failed.

The world will be a better place if every country in this world was occupied by the British or the Dutch,

Spain and France are only good at taking other countries' resources.

Making their own Country rich and wealthy, while leaving their colonized countries into dust and poverty.

I think same can be said about Portugal.

My understanding is it has to do with the English system of economics. It is unique. At least it was in the past. In England people were expected to leave the home, and start their own business/farm. It is natural there and in their colonies to interact with others outside of your family/clan.

In other parts of Europe, such as Spain and France, the economic system was different, more centralized, and more clan based.

The Brits were best at establishing institutions and infrastructure. They also had a very long drawn out decline of the empire where the state managed said decline.

Well not those countries, but countries like Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Hong Kong.

I don't know why colonization of African Countries and India ended up in failure.

I think the only contribution of Spain to society are Roman Catholicism and Gorgeous Latina Women,

Outside of it I don't find anything useful.

Historians and Sociologists can make a 4-year college course on Spain's colonial practices and its lingering effects in its former colonies.

    To make it short:
    - Spain "discovers and conquers" The Philippines
    - its population is not enough workers for the galleon/commodity/agricultural trade
    - they baptize the locals as Catholics
    - their version of Catholicism teaches "go forth and multiply" and "every child is a gift from God"
    - the locals have as much children as possible giving the Spanish feudal lords enough workers to man their fields
    - "Jesus loves the poor" - the locals think that being poor is ok as long as you abide by God and man's law; this is a good way to curb rebellion for the Spanish
    - centuries pass, the Americans took over a bit, and WWII happened but most people still have this mentality, whether they are aware of this or not
    - the poor continue to have as much children as they can despite (incompetent) government's interference, ensuring the poor will always outnumber the middle class
    - having a backward set of values brought by centuries of oppression by Spain prevents Filipinos from achieving their potential

There is a lot more to this story than just being Spain's former colony but you get my point.
