My experience with riofightwear was good to. He replied to every email I sent out regarding my questions about hayabusa products. In the end it was like a 50 something back and forth email conversation. Try emailing him, that always worked for me.
 
I've order a few things from Chris, even times when I didn't even put in a size, (oops) and he contacted me and got stuff shipped out timely, awesome service!!
 
how is getting mad cause someone took your money overdramatic? evidently you have more than enough money that it wouldn't bother you. it bothers me when i get screwed. if you don't believe me why don't you call the number and tell me what you get....douche.

Saying you need a lawyer over this IS being overdramatic. There is nothing wrong with being upset over a situation like this, but you're acting a bit overboard.
 
Sometimes we're out of stuff, as are places like Atama and Hayabusa where we get it. Not much I can do about that. As for the guy on the last page that was so pissed off, we issued a full refund moron. We tried two times to deilver the products and both times they came back to us. Our shipping labels print automatically so if is was going to the wrong address that is your problem, not our. Since it could not be delivered, we issued a 100% refund. I'm not sure how that is ripping you off but whatever. Typically if we are sold out, we'll either let you know and you can wait or we are always willing to issue a complete refund if you can't wait. The thing is, if we are sold out, everyone else probably is too.

I see most of you guys at NAGA and Grappers Quest, MMA show and things like that. I'm not interested in ripping anyone off. Then again, some people are just bitches and can't be made happy. Thanks to all those who had my back here though. The SDOG code is valid again by the way. It expired but someone let me know so we set it back up. Thanks for the business!
 
had a horrible time, guy ignored me and still didnt get my gear, im out 180 bucks now

Here is the deal. I don't expect you to care ( why would you - you did your part by paying) but you ordered your gear on a beta site - I don't even know how you were able to do that.

I work with a company that help process order ( 100 a month ) and they are having a hard time tracking down the tracking number.

Seriously, I'm not in the business of ripping my customers off - I will not do that. But, we did ship that out. We use USPS and sometimes those postman drop gear off at the door ( and unfortunately people steal stuff). So, until I find out what happen this is where we are.

Weird. I don't know how you would order stuff off a beta site, doesn't that mean it's unfinished? Some finished sites I get trouble with trying to order stuff...
