Why not have Alves vs Henderson at CW?

Thiago Alves is moving down to LW. Bendo is moving up to WW.

Why not have them meet midway so we can see how Thiago deals with the weight cut first? Guy's really big for LW, I'm guessing he'll be the same size as Tibau, perhaps. It's hard not to see that the cut will probably affect him so this would be a perfect way to test him before he moves definitely.

Anyway, I'm glad to see Bendo fighting at WW against a guy who won't have that much of a size advantage (like Thatch did). Is he still putting on some weight?

Bendo's last fight was at WW. His next fight is at WW. He says he's moving up to WW and gaining weight. What makes you say he's still 'technically' a LW fighter? Also, what I'm talking about is the weight cut, which Alves won't have to go through if he fights at WW.
