Why isn't jones being randomly tested during his suspension?

He was tested last week, he was tested in October, he wont be fighting anytime in the next few years anyway. And the whole point of being in the testing pool is that you could be tested at any point. Whether you are tested or not is largely immaterial. The deterrent is that you could be.

If Jones is currently using ped's which is what you are suggesting, then he is doing that knowing that he could be tested at any moment??? Dont you think that would be rather stupid (considering he is already suspended)???

He will not be an active fighter for some years, so why test him?
IMHO save the money and test people who are actually free to compete at any time.
