He's holding up the division by ducking actual mix martial artists, while demanding layup fights with the likes of Holland and Pereira. If he wants to keep up his striking-match only gimmick, he should do so outside the top 10. Him being ranked 7th sounds unjustifiable

He isn’t holding up the division. It’s a myth that anything gets held up when a ranked fighter isn’t fighting whichever up and comer people happen to wish they’d fight at that time.

Islam went from Bobby Green to a title shot.

As for Wonderboy specifically, his last five fights have been against Luque, Neal, Burns, Belal and Holland. I’m really not seeing what there is to complain about with that. He’s also 3-2 in those fights, which explains why he’s in the top ten. If you’re good enough to beat Luque, Neal and Holland, you’re a top ten fighter. There are also two grapplers in that list for what it’s worth. There’s a mix of experience and potential. It’s a perfectly respectable set of opponents.

Yeah, TS is just being an irrational hater. Wonderboy fought down in rank his last fight and would have again if his opponent didn't miss weight, that's not something someone who's holding the division up does.

Exactly. You can’t win. If you want to focus on big fights against higher ranked guys like Chandler, Poirier and Gaethje, you’re rank squatting and not giving the lower ranked guys a chance. If you DO fight down against dangerous strikers, you’re cherry picking.

It's actually a fair ranking. He's managed to beat other top 10 guys and tends only to lose to top 5 guys.
