Why is UFC worker Rogan allowed to count Jones fight against Cormier as a win when it's ruled a NC?

The athletic commissions are the ones who issue fighter wins, losses, no contests, draws, and disqualifications. The UFC has nothing to do with it and they aren't allowed to have fights without the athletic commissions.

Then why doesn't bodybuilding federations require drug testing? You can be on whatever shit you want to in MR Olympia.

The second one that is....Doesn't he have some sort of loyalty to the company in accepting their verdicts? I know he loves dominating, black athletes, but how is this OK?

If Dana and DC gets to hear about it, would they be upset?

When Jones beats a guy so violently he forgets what year it is and cries on live TV in front of his wife and kids, all rules go out the window!

Because he's a free man. Besides steroids make healthy people sick. Theres no such thing as a ped.

If a traced amount is negligible, which Rogan argues is the case for Jones, couldn't they revert the decision back to a win for Jones? I know it sounds crazy but under the assumption that it was unintentional and had no performance enhancing effect...
There is no evidence that he only took a small amount in that case. They are claiming his current pulsing is still from that ingestion. The commission would make themselves a complete laughing stock if they gave him back a win.

Jon did try to bring this up before.

He did beat up DC pretty bad, so in most contexts, Rogan is right to call it a win...

do you not understand the implications of performance enhancing drugs?
Sure, but I think it is safe to say that DC will never be competitive with Jones, and it was a dominant victory, so in most contexts, it is fair to call it a win, even if it is a "no contest on paper".

It was also concluded that Jones didn't take it on purpose, so the amounts were probably not very significant. In a law suit, they would probably have reversed it and called it a win, but for Jones that would have cost a lot of money and time, with an uncertain outcome..

because it was a win...it was only changed later...when you head kick ko someone...guess what, you win the fight...jones is 2-0 over dc...that will never change...ever...no matter what the official record says...jones beat dc easily, both times.

What? Cormier arguably won one of 2 rounds. He got caught with a head kick.

Yes, and the later change is what is the true decision.

Every time he brings up Jones he has to mention how the Matt Hammil loss is bullshit and Jones should be undefeated.

Rules apparently don't matter to Rogan. They were clear 12-6 elbows and it caused the fight to end. It's the very definition of a DQ loss. Debate all you want if elbows should be illegal but since they are, it was the right call.

Rogan is the same guy that crowns a new GOAT every podcast. His opinion should mean very little at this point.

literally everyone considers jones' undefeated, cause he is...he's never been beaten inside the cage...a dq loss is not being beaten...how do you lose the fight, while dominating and the fight ending with you on top, destroying your opponent? answer, you don't lose...it was a terrible call by the ref. but that doesn't take away the fact that jones beat the hell out of hammil...that is what people remember...

WOOOOOOW!!!!!

joe rogan is allowed to state his opinion...

DC usaually wins the first rounds (he didnt in this fight), since he doesn't pace himself, while his opponents does. He just goes full speed from the beginning. In a 5 round fight, DC will always struggle past the third. If Jones went full speed too, he would probably dominate the first rounds, but be tired in the end. It is rarely a smart way to fight, but it works if you finish quite early.

Jones was never in any danger in the fight, and won very comfortably.

It isn't if he's not clean. He hid under the desk when Yusada did some random tests. Cormier is also much older than Jones, and fighting in an unnatural weight for him
