Opinion Why is Trump's increase of drone strikes ignored by the right?

All we constantly here from the right-wing is how great of a man Trump is and how peaceful he is. However this is a man who has only been in office for four years yet more drone strikes have occurred in his presidency than eight years of Obama's. Now Obama is a major piece of crap too who ran on hope and change and offered nothing new but that's not the point here. Trump is just another establishment candidate who is only called "anti-establishment" because he pisses off people on twitter. Being an asshole doesn't make you anti-establishment or anti-war.

Here are two articles about the drone strikes and why they haven't been reported on much.

I haven't experienced that personally but think I know who you are talking about. I haven't even had a right-winger bring up this topic or respond to me. I think this is one of those issues where deep down they know he screwed up but their ego can't admit it

Honestly those people on the right who complained about Obama’s drone strikes were just faking outrage in order to attack the left on what they believe the left doesn’t like


like in the other thread about the death penalty where people appeal to Christianity because they think that’s hitting conservatives where it hurts

tl;dr: it’s false outrage in order to point out an apparent hypocrisy.

Trump's total strikes just in Yemen and Afghanistan by 2018 far outpaced Obama's totals for an 8-year term, and the study above outlines the sharp rise in civilian deaths due to these strikes.

I'm no fan of Trump. But I recall reading these sources I'll have to see if I can find them.

Also, don't act like Biden will slow down drone strikes by any relative amount. Or that you'll be outraged or happy either way. All you care about is that the Cowboys are up by 14 or the Democrats are up by 2 in the Senate or whatever... this is all tribal/team sports to you partisan hacks.

Facts.
I don't believe half of these people have any real beliefs. They just grew up in households that rooted for a team and now they still root for that team to this day. Now they come on here to rage against the other team and its "fans".

He didn't at all.
He presented incomplete data, can't found one source saying if you add Pakistan+Afghanistan+Syria+Irak+Yemen, trump droned less than obama, while I found 20 different articles on the whole political spectrum, stating the opposite.
