They're giving him a 40% chance of winning at those odds which seems about right. Ross has developed a really good TDD and he's not particularly prone to getting KOed.

Technically he's on another level as far as striking goes imo.

This. Sanchez's aggression can win him this fight but I think Pearson will win a UD so long as he remains calm.

Diego isn't winning any fights against top 20 guys. This is a showcase fight for Ross, like it was for Jury before that. Diego keeps his job by growling & brawling, keeps it fun and drops UD's. He's a jobber who makes potential contenders look good.

Yes right now he does suck. The Guida win was in 2009, Diaz was in 2005, and most people know who won in the Kampmann fight.
