Why is Randy never mentioned as a Double Champ

champ/champ means both belts at once. Randy didn't do that.

Dana Hates him and wants everyone to forget him

This is true. I remember when he beat Chuck in his prime, I think beating Dana’s golden boy was a big part of that.
yes, but let us not forget there's a lot more.
He left UFC to fight Fedor, and the UFC sued him for breach of contract.
And after he retired, he signed with Bellator, which pissed Dana to hell and back.

That's why they ignore every accomplishment he had in the UFC and try not to mention him wherever possible.

Because majority of Sherdoggers are Conor fans and don’t know anything about MMA past 2016. Couture means nothing to them.

Sherdog absolutely fucking loathes Conor lol. Ronda is the only fighter more reviled than he is in the history of MMA around here

He never defended the lhw belt while hw champ
that's irrelevant.
You got absolutely no point.

Fact: He has multiple defenses on that WC.
Fact: He defended his HW belt.

It is already far-fetched to demand a fighter to defend those belts or you do not recognize them as a champion.
It is understandable the reason, as you assert yourself at the top once you got the belt and defended it. It came actually from the time Matt Hughes was fighting BJ Penn and GSP and GSP beat him, got the belt and then lost to Serra. So Hughes went on to claim you are only the champion once you successfully defended the belt.

But when, where and how are irrelevant. There are no prerequisites that demands you to defend both belts at the same time. That's you making up a new rule and hoping it sticks.

Randy doesn't meet the current definition of "champ champ" since he didn't hold the titles at the same time.

In saying that, a lot of the time, they do say he is the "two division champion"

If we're being realistic though, the story is the UFC (Dana) wants to write Randy out of history

not really.
Common sense dictate that if you got the belt, you are the champ.
But I even explained why some demand a fighter to defend their belt, which DC did.

You demanding he has to defend both belts at the same time just so you consider him a double champ is just your hating ass creating new rules so you can continue denying him what he already got.

Randy Couture was the first multi-division champ and yet nobody mentions his accomplishments?

From Wikipedia-

Because his newfound career as a porn star has diverted attention away from his impressive MMA accomplishments.

Daniel Cornier owes Stipe a rematch.

Daniel Cornier owes Stipe a rematch.
While I am one frustrated DC didn't give Miocic a rematch, at the end of the day, he doesn't owe Stipe anything.

When their fight was scheduled, DC always said and maintained that he would fight once more at LHW and then Lesnar at HW and retire.
So Miocic was not supposed to get any rematch and he knew it.
