I've had to run to the bathroom during training on quite a few occasions. It's pretty common for bowel control to get a little tricky in these situations.

A hard workout will often have me already clenching a little and then someone gives you a solid teep to the midsection and all of a sudden it's like you'll have to excuse me because this is going down right fucking now.

What are you gonna do in the middle of an actual fight though?

You'd just have to let it happen. I can't imagine trying to win a fight whilst also trying to hold in a butt grenade. You gotta make a choice.
