man's on a 5 fight losing streak (including getting submitted by the guy they wanted to lose) and he is clearly mentally not right in the head. his brand has been milked entirely.

at this point its not even entertaining when he's booked, it's just sad. why is no one talking about how scummy it is to give him a false sense of reality? tony is a sick man and he's lost nearly all of his fans anyway...
 
Nearly lost all his fans? If anyone jumped off the bandwagon, they're not real fans. Simple as that. On the El Cucuy bandwagon to the very end because I am a real fan that doesn't just hover over to guys that are winning.



I get it though, a good portion of MMA "fans" are about as fake as they come. TS embodies the fakeness of many MMA fans.

If I care about Tony? Tony gives zero fucks what I think he should do with his life and who the fuck are you again? The audacity you have to try and tell people you don't even know what to do with their lives.

Believe it or not Tony is a draw. He isn’t a huge star like Conor but his name holds a lot of value on cards. Tony has a fan base like the Diaz bros do.
 
Tony can still fight unranked bums, he's not a top ranked fighter anymore, but he can still fight. They just need to lower his level of competition significantly. He could be a gatekeeper for rankings or something. A guy like Tony deserves that kind of a second chance. He looked bad at 170 though, I think he's best at 155, maybe his discipline slips when he doesn't have to cut weight.
 
Tony looked so bad against Nate, any time they would get into striking exchanges he would turn his back and run, it was like he was scared. I’m a fan of Tony’s but he is very lucky that Khamzat screwed that whole card up and he didn’t have to fight Jingliang

Cutting guys is criticized because they used up their best years and then threw them away. Keeping guys is criticized because they’re exploiting shot fighters. It’s a no-win situation.

ive never complained about fighters being cut. tbh there should be a lot more cutting. this the big boy promotion! take out the trash!

Agreed. TS should take his own Tony Ferguson logic and apply it to him making threads and just stop but he's clearly ok with being an enabler.... lol
