just watched the press conference, the trash talk is horrible.

because me makes millions while they make peanuts...
UFC is sending a message that the worse you behave, the more they like you...

I'm surprised it took other fighters this long to work out how to sell fights.

I for one welcome this new trash talk era.

It gets everyone interested in their fight which makes them more money

I think you mean Chael.

Chael was ten times the talker Conor is.

Conor fights better, and talking like Chael makes him next level money.

But don't forget that Chael was the first and the best in the UFC at talking a HUGE game.

Conor is an amateur next to Chael.

Money talks dude...thats why..sitting respectfully and being a great MMA fighter doesnt make u money in the current UFC...look at mighty mouse!!...simple thing

I cringed when Jon Jones and DC started trash talking each other with an irish accent

I mean, do you really need to ask this question? It's pretty obvious. It sells fights and they see the amount of money it can make.

Unfortunately, most of them just come off as cheesy and awkward

Absolutely Chael was great, however what makes Conors trash talk great is the fact he is backing it up every time.

why does every1 try to be like jordan in basketball?

Whenever something is successful, most people will try and emulate.

Thing is, bro, Conor didn't invent trash talk and faking animosity towards your opponent.

Alot of the fighters up there legitimately don't like eachother.

You have to look at the history between these matchups before you make assumptions.
