Why is every left straight now called "that left hand"?

Thanks Conor. "Nobody can take that left hand shot". I've heard it from at least 3 fights tonight. It's like any southpaw has "that left hand". It's the exact same as a straight right. Why is everyone sticking on this phrasing?
