I'm not a doctor and I've never done any medical training.
That said I can accept that some people have.
I can accept that Ottitis externa is a medical condition.
If you gave me an Othoscope I wouldn't have a clue where to look and how to diagnose Ottitis externa but I can accept that some people can.
Surely if you are an MMA fighter you gain a knowledge about health, fitness and how the body usually responds to certain types of training.
Surely it should be obvious to people on the inside what is achievable whilst training for MMA and what is normal.
It seems like most want to deny the phenomena that it is possible to make an educated guess that someone is injecting some powerful hormones into their body that will give off a number of side effects.
