And following a multimillion dollar payday on HBO, he tried to sue Goosen.
Do you think 2 million is good for Wards talent level?

I do.
The only guys who make more money are guys in europe with huge followings and Floyd and Pac who have paid their dues.
I don't see how Ward can really expect more.
didn't Tim Bradley only get 5 mill for fighting pac in the rematch?
Yes, and no..
Andre Ward is a world class talent...I have him #2 behind PBF on the P4P list.
In terms of talent and skill, he's worth much more.
In terms of bringing in fans, high ratings, excitment to the boxing world, and being well known...that sounds about right...
he's just not selling himself, making himself known.
His dissection of Chad Dawson was a thing of beauty...we need to see more of that, more of him.

Who the hell gets paid based on talent?
No wonder Ward hangs with Nick Diaz...same huge chip on his shoulder, thinking they're God's gift to MMA/Boxing, and expecting multi-million dollar paydays, ON THEIR TERMS.
What does talent have to do with it?
Should Rigondeaux make more than Canelo?
Thats one of the dumbest comments Ive ever read.
Who gets paid on talent? Pretty much every athlete in the world maybe.
Difference between Ward and Diaz is that Ward is actually good.
Its just a question, try and keep up with the whole conversation and not just nitpick.
You are confusing raw talent with achievements.
And frankly, people would rather watch Diaz than Ward.
It's a stupid point. Boxing is fundamentaly different than other sports, and to compare boxers to other athletes when it comes to what their salary should be is dumb.
In terms of earnings, boxers are much more like musicians than athletes in team sports.
It wasnt a point, it was a question.
No Im not and hes got plenty of achievements to go with it.
Hows Diaz doing these days?
Nick Diaz developed a huge following based on smoking dope.
A dumb question.
Followed up with:
"Who gets paid on talent? Pretty much every athlete in the world maybe."
Which seems like you're trying to make a point that boxers should get paid on talent.
