Why GSP goat will die out soon.

GSP's HL reel is unimpressive? Hmmm, I suspect y'all musta forgot...

GSP is only below Fedor at this moment.

Based on what? GSP has a for more impressive resume, most top 5/top 10 wins of any MMA fighter ever and fought in a much more competitive/higher level division.

First of all its heavy weight. 27 win streak, 10 years undefeated, never fought safe to this day, its either all or nothing. Only 5 losses considering his age, wear and tear. No one beat him in his prime and is making somewhat of a late surge after his prime as well.

More than that, he's the only GOAT contender to show all facets of the MMA game. Standup, Ground game(both top and bottom), Chin and recovery, Heart, One punch Ko power and fearlessness. There has not been one fight where Fedor has backed up.

That 27 win streak should have an asterisks beside it, as they were not against top talent consistently, unlike GSP who had to constantly fight top ranked opponents. If Fedor had fought as many top ranked opponents he would have more losses on his record and that is in one of the shallowest divisions in MMA. Not fighting safe adds nothing to the conversation of being a GOAT. Only 5 losses but still more than GSP and all of GSPs losses have been avenged. Again not lsing in his prime because he didn't constantly fight top competition.

GSP has shown to be every bit as complete a fighter as Fedor if not more so. You could add just about every attribute to GSP and also add top level athleticism .

TS is more or less correct.

At the end of the day, the lasting legacies are held by guys with fire in their bellies who came to throw down and only hung em up when it was time.

Nobody really cares about a guy who bored us, fought not to lose, retired young, and then cherry picked.

Also lol @ thinking GSP was clean his whole career. Just lol.

At the HW division every fight is a risk. He fought more consistently than GSP, even if some of the competition were sub par or freakshows. Having only 5(only 4 if we are realistic) losses at HW at 42 is incredible.

GSP has two losses in his prime or when young. Fedor has none. He lost decisively after 33 professional fights and there was not one fight where he played it safe.

GSP losing to Matt Hughes is similar to something like Fedor losing to Coleman. GOAT's don't lose in their prime or atleast not as bad as those two losses.

Again you go back to Fedor not losing but he didn't fight as many top contenders as GSP, so if he did he fight more top fighters he would have more losses. He has only fought one top15 HW in the last 5 years which was Mitrione and he lost...

That is not the same at all... Hughes is an all time great, Coleman was so far gone by the time they fought, it would be more like Fedor losing to Nog or Cro Cop.

Prime GSP owns the current WW division. Woodley being his toughest fight.

Colby the poor man’s Josh Koschek would get served up a handful of riddum

I didn't want to quote Nog and Crocop because of how their primes coincided with Fedor's. Those wins alone are better than anything GSP has done. Matt Hughes is an ATG but he was on the downstream.

Even by your comparison, Fedor didn't lose to Cop or Nog, GSP did lose to Matt Hughes and lost quite easily.
