If you simply ate the same thing every day, you would be in great health, be 10% bodyfat shredded and ridiculously good looking. You would delay any diseases you may get when you're older and live a happier, healthier life. More importantly, you'd be 10% bodyfat shredded and super good looking.

So many people want this. So few have it. And it's so easy. Such a big reward and so little effort. So wortth it.

It's so easy. All you do is just eat the same food every day.

eating the same thing everyday would not be a happy life.

also you are on sherdog so everyone here is already shredded and super good looking... Ive kissed almost 5 girls, 7 if you include relatives

How old are you and what do you eat? It may not be sustainable.

I know this isnt exactly 100% on subject, but LOL at people that compare eating food to a legitimate addiction. Ive had someone compare compulsive eating to full blown heroin addiction. I wanted to slap their teeth out.

It is pretty damn ridiculous how much better people like me when I'm getting close to being in shape.

Feels like it's an exponentially correlated.

I've never sucked a dick for a cheese burger; I wouldn't compare them but it is a legitimate addiction.

I recently read eating a particular nutrient too much causes it to accumulate in the body and leading to toxic levels. It may have been vitamin D stored in fat.

I know someone who eat tuna a lot and suspect it caused brain damage and short attention span from lead build up.

Enjoying different foods is one of the best parts of life. Moderation and personal responsibility are important though. Eating the same thing everyday would suck

Agreed. Balance and moderation is the key, for most people. Not everyone wants to be 10% and shredded, or make the sacrifices involved in that.

Personally, I've been eating super clean and abstaining from booze for 14 days now, and I feel great physically and have also noticed an improvement in my mental processes. But I'm bored AF and probably losing what's left of my sanity. On more week of this, then a drunken burrito-fest......and then some balance and moderation. ;)

I've also been laying off the booze lately and feel much better but man it does get boring

Yea that's a solid point. It might feel good to eat clean and look good but drunken burrito fests are hard to compete with, especially if you're getting pussy with your drunken burrito-fest.

Sex makes for a good analogy on the topic of diet. I think most guys would definitely rather have a plentiful variety of women (some good, some bad) and live to be 60, than spend their whole life with one prudish woman and live to be 100.

Eating the same healthy meal every day sounds easy but it is not easy at all. What you are suggesting requires a level of discipline that most people dont have. So the answer to your question is lack of discipline with an excuse of boring.

That's not so true, many people could easily spend a decade bodybuilding trying to achieve what another person with good genetics can achieve in six months to a year. Even in fully geared body builders some guys struggle getting super lean while others struggle to put on mass past a certain point.

What may translate to enough dedication for you to achieve 10% bodyfat might lead another man to be 18% and skinny fat.

I was referring to eating the same healthy thing every day. (Not to being shredded)
