Why don't we see more Judo

Maybe because you Americans bought the Gracie family

because Potts is no longer in UFC, the only fighter I legitimately believe I could beat
 
Have you heard of Ronda Rousey, Hector Lombard, and Dong Hyun Kim?
 
Because judo players spend years giving their back to their opponents... the style lends it self to risky moves when the rules allow the match to continue after an ippon. There for significant changes in the technic and mindset have to be made.

Dont worry. Cathal pendred still has a contract. Id give 90% of sherdog a chance at beating him.
 
From what I understand is there is still more money in Judo than in MMA.
 
I didn't say being a one dimensional. I just mean why don't people train it as often as wrestling, boxing, muay Thai, jiu jitsu etc

Yeah I know. If you spend a lot of time mastering judo though, you neglect the more viable techniques like BJJ and wrestling.
 
I think the Armenians train it, if you're not with them in the US you might not go that path.
