Why Doesn't the UFC Have an Option

For mic'd cage audio where you just hear the in cage audio. We've gotten clips where you can clearly hear the corners, ref and fighters talking in the cage so the Ref has to be mic'd up. I wish the UFC would give this option. They released clips of Strickland's fight and it was cool to hear him talk to Marshman as he pieced him up.

The ref is not wearing a mic. They just project their voices and the Octagon cameras are pretty close to them.

You would still be able to hear the commentary team unless they were put in a booth or something. The commentators are just sitting cageside.
