Why doesnt my gif avatar move?

There is also this website http://gifgifs.com/crop/ It's not software and it's pretty easy too use to crop and or compress gifs. I'm not sure on the max file size for here though. I think it's inbetween 2 or 3 MB.

I also use this website to make figs of of youtube.

I decided to download the video off youtube then I use gifcam program to record the part I wanted after making the video window as small as possible.

I believe my aspect ratio wasnt affected
