Why doesn’t Holloway just cut 5-10 lbs and fight at WW?

It’s better than retiring

He needs to man up and fight normal sized men

You could say the same thing about 50% of the roster... most fighters cut tons of weight, because everyone else is cutting tons of weight as well. This won't change until specific rules are put in place by the UFC to eliminate/limit weight cutting.

You know why. You're not stupid, so you're trolling. And you're not a particularly entertaining or clever troll like a few others on here. I very very rarely attack other posters, but your threads are usually so lame that I have a hard on for calling you out right now.

Why doesn’t he do that then? He could probably put a decent amount of muscle on and fight at WW. He’s not 20 year old kid anymore.

I'm an idiot so I don't know. Why don't you tell me why he doesn't do it.

Because he would get ragdolled and crushed. That isn't good for his health either.

another shitty thread
A dude who's suspect of having head trauma is now gonna go for a plate full of stronger punches? I mean, unless he's got some DC@HW thing where he unlocks a new durability and KO level when he bulks up - it's just not gonna be competitive or comparatively healthier.

But, hey, I'd watch.

Conor McGoat, bj penn all fought at WW. Bj should have been fighting at FW LOL. What is the big deal?

same reason LHW cut to MW... to be bigger then their opponent and have as many advantages as possible...Holloway should be able to make LW pretty decently, its FW where he has to kill himself to try to make that weight, LW is still a decent cut, but those 10lbs are a huge difference between LW/FW.
He does not need to move to WW, he would get mauled there, hes not that big, he has a big frame kind of like Nate diaz, hes tall and skinny and therefore people think he is brock lesnar all the sudden, just ask Conor fanboys, when he fought nate diaz, nate somehow gained 30 pounds and grew 3 more feet.
