Why does Sherdog community hate Mark Hunt and other drug free fighters?

It seems there's a lot of hate towards Mark Hunt on these forums, simply because hes taking a stance against fighters who are cheating with drugs. Personally, I think what he is doing is great. However, for whatever the reason the majority of the community here are against him and don't want to hear about him talking about cheaters in a negative light.

My theory is that most people on this forum at some point in time have supported a fighter who was caught cheating, so they try justify it by going after the fighters who are drug free.

Other fighters who have also criticised cheaters have also come under fire on these forums such as Bisping and Kennedy.

So why does Sherdog community hate drug free fighters?

I was always under the impression that the SherBruhs loved Mark Hunt?

 

Because he isn't taking a stance here. It's all about money. He isn't advocating longer suspensions, or heftier fines, he's advocating more money going into his own pocket and that's it.

 

Hunt is one of the more beloved fighters on Sherdog. People here generally don't like it when fighters complain/whine about anything, though.

 

Roids = TRTor spinning the shit and kicking everyone else asses
No Roids = Fat slobs gassing and pulling off the fights like Cain

 

We do. But the fact that he's acted like a baby bitch ever since it was announced Brock failed a test has really made it hard to take his side.

 

Loads of people like mark hunt and supporting him despite the fact that his rants were solely rooted in his desire for money.

Yeah, I get that...I'll never be able to hate on him though, simply because of his decision to fight out his contract when he was at a career low.

 

Well, if he lost his fight because his opponent cheated. Then technically he lost the opportunity to make more money, because his ability to negotiate a better deal goes down the drain after a loss.

It's a real easy road for him to turn everyone back around and have them on his side again. All he has to do is shut the fuck up about all this and get back in the cage.

BUT, it did seem like people got annoyed with his whining after the bork fight. It was kind of silly of him to act surprised that Brock pissed hot.

How come we don't see this type of hatred towards guys like Brock Lesnar who actually cheated? Why are cheaters respected in this community?

 

He already made the most money in his entire career off a single fight at UFC 200. He had a base pay of 700k+ PPV points.
