I think it's more that Khabib was supposed to be ultra elite (which he is) and faced ranked #11 Iaquinta on short notice so a destruction was expected (which it kinda was), but Rogan is setting the bar much higher for Khabib than Al.

Kinda like if Tonya Evinger landed 1 or 2 clean shots on Cyborg i would go "Oh!", but I wouldn't react if Cyborg dismantles her, as that is expected.

I also think Joe had an off night and his commentary just wasn't great, but I don't think he hates Khabib at all, remember when he questioned Dominick Cruz on his nonsense in the Conor fight.

He only said a silent 'wow' when Khabib took him down after he rocked him.
