They don't always get bigger. Here's a previous gen WW looking twice as big as next gen LHW.

It doesn't,they just cut more weight than they should.

A small change that no one sees.

Yesterday's so long ago, don't agree with what I know .
Tomorrow becomes a place to be.

Not sure if serious. That pic is obviously shooped. The original has Johnson looking bigger anyways, but this one he makes Maia look like a 12 year old girl lol.

In all seriousness if just speaking of athletes then yes 50 plus years of continually progressing PED science/culture, combined with increased nutritional knowledge, and training science has progressively lead to bigger and stronger athletes with each new generation. It's just common sense.

All 3 components listed above are key.

Drugs are the biggest component of the 3 though. The knowledge of what, when, and how long to take a variety of hormones and drugs has lead to optimized growth and gains, even while navigating so called drug testing. In fact the drug testing has made an even smarter PED user as they are forced to maximize their gains inside a smaller window of time, and with less substances. This forces innovation and newer and more effective protocols.

Serious answer to a sardonic reply...
