Lets index what we know about Dana from his public life:

1) was built like a coat hanger in his 20's

2) gained an enormous amount of muscle mass in his 40's

3) brags about eating tons of junk food routinely

In the recent video of his absurd home gym, he also shows off a refrigerator dedicated to sugary drinks and junk food - like bins filled with a variety of ice cream bars. He brags about liking to eat poorly then working out so he can continue to eat poorly. Apparently he has a youtube show on eating junk food.

It is totally possible an occasional use of corticosteroids is the reason for his moon face.

It is also possible Dana looks bloated and beet red because he's on a variety of steroids/hormones while boozing, eating a garbage diet and being driven by anger.
