Why do we have names instead actual words for problems?

Why do people use these names instead of the words they are describing?

Are people bitch made by Twitter and the media?
Are people scared to call out people for what they really are?


Examples:

That guy is acting like a total Stacy!

Uh oh! We have a Karen on our hands!

Now Mark.........don't be a Debbie

Wow! He must be a Chad!

Only a guy like him would be Stuart.

What kind of Billy are you?


Eventually the word black will be replaced with Michael.
And then ONLY Michael lives matter.

Because names associated with the actions are easier and can contain alot more.
Instead of "Joe is a douche (or jock)" let's say:

Joe is a Chad
You immediately know it means he's an athletic jock who gets hammered daily, is jacked, slays boise dimes, fatties wishes he looks in their direction, gets his first tattoo as a bible verse or tribal cross, and talks a certain way, possibly has rich parents

All of that condensed into one word. Same with all the other names. Lets say you wanna explain Karen without using the word Karen:

Jill is a spoiled cunt that ruins everything
Now you gotta use 5 words, if you just said Karen, we all know it would mean: entitled white bitch, always gotta have her way or the highway, hypocrite, shitty haircut, soccer mom, opinionated, probably takes 3 brothers at once in the back when her husband is at the bank

It's a more efficient and practical way to delegate entire meanings to one word. It's like a package deal.
