The way he was performing towards the end in Bellator, it was clear he wasn't a draw, so didn't deserve a big pay.

How could you not make it to top 4 (semifinals)??? They are 8 fighters in the tournament pretty much all of them are subpar UFC level that couldn't get into the UFC and I'm talking about guys that are in the UFC with several wins like Dereck Brunson, Gregor Gillespie or Niko Price competing there. These guys would demolish anybody on PFL.

If they just reach the final and they lose by some miracle, that's 100 for the semis and 250 for the final. In the UFC they only fight twice a year. How much money are they making en the UFC in a year? 150k if they win both times??? 200k with a bonus winning both times?? These numbers make no sense.

On top of that, the "format" of PFL prevents upsets. Many fighters lost in an upset early but because they won the next one with a finish (as them being way better than the competition) they were able to qualify to the semis anyway. That's how those 2 nobodies that were cut from the UFC reached the finals last year (those guys got 350k+ that year and had a 12/12 contract in the UFC lol)
