Why did mir get so little hate for getting popped. Compared to Anderson and Romero?

I do not understand, why is Sherdog much more lenient with Mir?

I believe Mir (he has the advantage of being an articulate guy, but I just believe him anyway). Also, he sure as shit didn't look like he had recently tried to enhance his performance as a fighter.

In Yoel's case (and Hector's), I simply judged a book by its cover. That's pretty ignorant, but any time I doubted myself, I'd just take another look at the guy and immediately feel better about it.

In Anderson's case, I rushed to judgment because I was still bitter about him defeating Chael, a notorious cheater himself. Also, it was an opportunity for us GSP and Fedor fans to make a strong play and climb a spot or two in the GOAT rankings.

I like how Sherdog wanna act like it's the success of the fighter that matters. If memory serves me correctly, Mir is a 2 time HW champion in the UFC.

Mir has also broken the arms of three fighters in the UFC that I remember (Nog, Sylvia, Travern) possibly more that I don't remember.

Mir unlike Anderson has caused serious damage to his opponents, and possibly was roiding the whole time to aid in causing said damage to opponents. He doesn't deserve a pass for that, he should be vilified even more due to the damage he caused to opponents while being just as likely to be using steroids.

Romero is in the title picture & Anderson is considered arguably the best of all time. Frank Mir was great but arguably isn't in the top 10 at his weight class so he isn't going to have people attack him who want to see GSP or Fedor listed as the best of all time and Romero has people who hate him because of jesus and stool gate.

Mir is the equivalence of Rampage getting popped at this point, not many people would care.
