I don't think he feels ready enough to fight Islam. I imagine being out of the cage so long would make anyone feel like that. Add on the fact that most people would argue that it is undeserved for him to get a TS. So if he goes out there and gets squashed in the first round by Islam, it would be a career suicide imo
