Couldn't have said it better myself dude, #6 is really what it all comes down to but apparently his team is too blind or too incompetent too see it.

(For the record I'm a huge fan of BJ but it's pretty clear it's over at this point unfortunately.)

Valid point, he does kind if surround himself with yes men.

Had he had an impartial outsider as his coach who would tell him how it is and be willing to say the things he may not want to hear between rounds like "Dude, get out there and win the fight" or yell "BJ, don't lose" from the corner during those tougher moments of the fights who knows what could have been.....
