Did Dana and the boys have a fall out with him or did he just call it quits.. I thought he might of had a couple decent fights left in him. Well maybe Mr. Lesnar broke his will lol

UFC tried to lowball him when it was time to resign, either way it was a money issue. I guess he makes more gambling and doing C-level movies. Of course it has nothing to do with the vanilla gorilla smashing his face up.

This haunted him throughout the years.

He has appeared in timeless classics such as Gone With The Wind, Beatdown and Circle of Pain. With the millions upon millions that he received in Holywood, he will never fight again.

Or until he runs out of money from his last movie which was in 2011.

ha ha

I recall him saying something like after all of his training expenses he only made around 40K a year. I guess it wasn't enough to justify getting getting punched in the face.

Last year I read he was a fight promoter in Argentina. Supposedly they got a network deal with a top station and it was doing really well.

I heard that they were trying to make him fight Big Nog again and he said he would rather retire

Losing to an overrated hype job like Lesnar would do that to you.

On a side note he took one of the worst beating I have ever seen in a fight from Fedor for 9 minutes and could possibly have beaten him in the last minute if he was a little further from the ropes to deliver some knees to the head. One of my all time fave fights ever

That "overrated hype job" became UFC HWT Champion with two successful Title defenses vs Belt holders. That's more than Herring or damn near any other HWT has done.

Fighting into your late 30s and 40s is the exception, not the norm. He was starting to accumulate some injuries and he got out.

Insert gif ofBrock hitting him, and him rolling backwards.
Insert gif of Brock lay n prayin on him

he has been in the sport for a long time. He was on a decline for sure. Money wise i think he got a better deal.
