Why did Conor Mcgregor look so old against Poirier?

Whiskey, coke, genetics, and the damage that comes with being an MMA fighter.
conor never fights, hes really taken no damage in his career after the fluke poirier loss

and the diaz fights nvm

Weight cuts, training hard in the gym, sparring(he's mentioned that he does it often), and has been competing as a pro since 2008.

He didn't have enough ring time in the last few years and he had children during that time, law suits, and what appears to be a substance abuse issue. On top of other business ventures. Any one of those things is enough to completely occupy a persons mind.

Then he gets one warm up fight and then he's slated immediately to fight the top guy still in the division.

Diego in Dulblin would have been a banger.<seedat>

He looks all pale and old, he wasnt as lean as before he looks kinda weird. anyone else notice how strange he looked

He doesn't train nearly as much as he used to and doesn't have the drive. He also does a LOT of cocaine.

coke, cheap booze, not training for 2 years and doing things half assed during camp thanks to their yes men.

I don't think he showed age so much versus just showing that he is going to end up with a losing record versus the Top 5 in LW division. Everyone expects him to be faster than his competition while TKO/KOing them fast like when he was FW. Anything less looks like he is going downhill.

EDIT* Dustin took everything he threw at him and would have finished him soon even without the leg kicks.

He doesn't look any different in that picture you posted.

I have friends with a party life style same age as him and they all look older then they are when they entered their 30s.
