Why can't jails/prison in America avoid so much rape?

i think it's prevalent not only because people can't help but to have sexual urges, and people begin to see sexuality in things they normally wouldn't, but it's also a means to control. prisoners have no control over their circumstance, but they can control other inmates. and in that way, they have some control in their situation.

I would use a different tactic. I'd submit to 1 black guy but I'd make him rape me while laying on my back so he'd have to look me in the eye. Also, I'd masturbate furiously and try and nut before because then, i raped him technically.

There's really not as much sexual assault as movies and TV portray. And that tv show is garbage.

The reality is there's more than enough willing homos willing to spread their cheeks. Prison rape is usually a punishment for fucking up, but it doesn't actually happen all the time. 95% of people who go to prison aren't getting raped.
 
Don't snitch, don't gamble, stick with your race, don't be friendly with guards, do your own time, and be willing to fight/defend yourself with extreme violence.
 
When the ratio of inmates to guards is bad... I think operating parameters is like 9:1 but that includes dudes in the booth operating the doors and shit. You're a guard on the tier it's probably closer to at least 20:1 at that stage... guards won't be able to catch shit.

Also, while this movie is fictitious from a friend that spent time in prison and a guy I know that works for DOC they both said it gets pretty close to the way the movie portrays it.


People end up congregating based on race, as a means of protection.
 
There needs to be MAJOR prison reform in the country though - last pol who took it on as a campaign plank was Jim Webb out of Virginia. Just no real political will behind it because it would be expensive and it's easy to attack anybody wanting to spend a dollar more on a prison when that money could go to a school or road or to a veteran or what have you.
 
Its not as common as you think, however you are likely to get your ass beat. But honestly if you just dont be an idiot and follow certain protocals most of the time you are not going to have to much trouble in prison. Dont draw attention to yourself, dont be an idiot, be careful who you piss off. 9/10 times if you just keep a low profile no one fucks with you. However if you are in their for sex crimes against a kid you gonna die.

There wont be because prisons are for profit and its makes them money.
 
My father in law did 7 years in a Florida prison. He said it's not like that. Most people it happened to brought it on themselves by doing something dumb. Beating are far more common. Sex offenders are in a different part of the jail too.
