I don't think he was out, but it took him a while to recover. Definitely rocked. Bisping has a pretty damn good chin to survive a knee like that. And coming back the way he did in the fourth shows how damn tough he is.

He was flash KO'd and that hand wasn't put on his head to protect. That was an "ow, fuck my head hurts type grab". The Koshcheck decision really fucked Herb up, Bisping was out and the fight could have been called. The fight ends all the time with just a flash KO.

But in the end, Herb told Michael the fight was still on and in the 4th round he answered the bell. GJ Bisping. Got his ass beat but he definitely did enough to win the fight.

Easy solution to this problem is to go to a standing count like boxing does.
