@4:12

He looks a regular guy who just picked up Muay Thai in the last week.

When he broke McCarthy's arm with them you mean?

They did used to be a lot sharper... Then again he couldn't wrestle for shit back then.

Your basing his knees on a 2 second clip of him throwing 2 knees?

They looked fine also.

Bisping knees has been his most dangerous strikes for his whole career, everyone throws sloppy strikes here and there when looking for the finish.

I was expecting a picture of wrinkly, old knees with zits. I'm sad now.

Are they?

In the clip you posted he threw a bunch of quick knees with the lead leg over and over, so it had a different look to it than someone throwing the rear knee, or alternating knees and loading up each one.

Still a good knee, especially with how quickly he threw them one after the other.

I think you just don't know shit. n00b

couldnt wrestle for shit? he had amazing scrambles and tdd. i think the only one who really dominated him on the ground was tim kennedy.

That's the new Bisping... The TUF version got mauled by every grappler he fought until about 2012.

the more promotions you get the uglier and uglier you're knees look, keep climbing that latter Count....

he only got outgrappled in the rashad and chael fight tho, and those were very close

i agree that this fight was a robbery but it was still close too.
He still exposed Bisping for having terrible wrestling back then... Some of those season 3 tuffers put him on his back.

Different story now, but back then...
