I think Schaub's stock fell worse than Browne's. He lost both his fights in 2014 and then got called out on live radio by Rogan for being mediocre.

As far as I can tell he only dropped 3 positions, he was 6th(he should have been 4th or 5th as Condit/Askren should not both be ahead) before losing to Lombard and now after he got a win again he's 9th.
