I stopped following other sports. I was huge NBA and Barca fan. Now only watch NBA finals and soccer WC or Olympic games if there is my countrymen competing. Ball games not interesting anymore. Watch Pacman and Floyd fights. Then I watch every UFC card top to bottom.
MMA is just logical choice to me. It might be closest competition to real life. Who is having same feeling?

I still love them. Just my cable doesn't have channel showing soccer. Watched every Barca game with Rivaldo back in the day. That team was entertaining.

I have never been a fan of team sports, It's just so boring. Mma is one of three sports that I watch. The other two are boxing and kickboxing.

Grew up doing traditional martial arts and boxing. Old school 80s-90s boxing fan (huge Hagler fan) and American football (college and NFL) fan. Enjoyed the early UFC freakshows for a while as a martial arts fan. Eventually trimmed-down to just college football. Had a long break and returned to MMA for the later days of Pride. I get you, TS, at a stage of your life it can be difficult to watch too many sports and efficiently juggle family/career time. Now I focus only on college football and MMA.

MMA, NFL, and Tennis are the sports I follow the most closely. I watch some boxing cards here and there too, but don't really read up on it and stuff like that. I also watch big international events like World Cup and Olympics etc.

I casually watch a lot of sports (hockey, MLB, NFL, NBA, CFL, Nascar) but the only thing I watch from start to finish every time it's on is MMA. And I'm including Bellator and WSOF (when I remember it's on). Just love me my MMA.
