Overeem. IMO he's the greatest HW period to never get a UFC belt, his resume is better than Cro Cop's.

Cro Cop? Although there was nothing great about his tenure in UFC.

Other than him it's Overeem, then you are into guys like Ngannou, Bigfoot, Hunt and Travis Brown.

If you are decent heavy the odds are heavily in your favour that you will take the strap at some point.
