I'll start with an obvious one for most wrestling fans, Chris Benoit

Killed his own wife and son over a weekend before hanging himself, a truly awful and reprehensible crime for anyone to commit.

But as a wrestler himself? Phenomenal.
Had great matches with almost every person he was booked with, including classics with Kurt Angle, Chris Jericho, the WM20 Triple Threat match with HBK and Big Nose etc.
A lot of wrestlers today, including Daniel Bryan, have admitted to modeling their wrestling styles after Benoit.
What he did in his last few days will always overshadow his wrestling career, but that still doesn't mean he didn't have a good wrestling career and left a legacy for others to revisit and study and learn from.

I would also say JBL too, who can come across as such an unlikable snarky cunt of a heel in the ring, but It works because's it's probably a good reflection of his real life personality and not a fictional character like most wrestlers are playing.

Tom Brady

Also Vices Dark Side of The Ring series about the darker side of Pro Wrestling is fascinating. The two part episode about Chris Benoit is chilling

Peyton Manning (mostly regular season), Tom Cruise (a lot of actors, really), Don Henley.

Not sure if i got the point. I enjoy the acting of Cruise and music of Henley. Not a TN, Colts, or Broncos fan, but I watched Manning play enough.

Roman Polanski I guess. Phil Spector. Bill Cosby.

OJ Simpson is pretty good at football and murdering.
I'm a Bills fan and my number is 36, I kind of have to have a weeny soft spot for him even though he's a horrid human being.

Hate admitting it about Brady. I'm just happy he isn't in our league anymore and Pats are sucking.

Tom Brady
See I don't really admit that Brady is that good.

The dude got hurt a few times and his back up came in and performed nearly as well as he did. That tells me that the team and the strategy was on point more than the QB.

People will point to this year as an example of why he's the goat, but you can't name 1 above average QB that wouldn't be having success with those kind of weapons. Gronk, Godwin, Howard, Evans, and now antonio brown? It's like every QBs wet dream.

And the pats aren't doing that great right now but their problems go way beyond QB.

Tom's good, I can't deny that. But I think he's not the GOAT

-- ditto on Cruise. what a phenomenal actor. but such a weirdo of a human being with his scientology bs.

Jon Jones.
Floyd Mayweather
Zuckerberg, even more so after watching the Social Network
HP Lovecraft was apparently a pretty big racist from what I understand, great mind for horror though.
-- always disliked jones but greatly was in awe of his skills, until he popped for roids and seemed to have gotten special treatment by usada and the ufc. loved zuckerberg's acting in The Social Network and Zombieland, but he's so shit as luthor. ugh.

Can confirm first three. I just thought H.P. loved tentacle porn (and anyway, was he "normal" racist for his time like 100 years ago, or KKK racist? There is a contextual difference).

Seriously? The dude has barely had any weapons to throw to his entire career outside of Moss and Gronk (prior to this year). He's not an average QB in the least. He's definitely either 1 or 2 on the GOAT list.

Lol Zuckerberg, as in Mark Zuckerberg, not Micheal Cera 2.0. I don’t dislike the actor. Mark Zuckerberg is a selfish douche with sociopathic traits, but he is damn good at what he does.

Too young to have seen Montana and those that came before him, but in the era that I've actual seen with my own eyes I'd put Peyton ahead of him.

That guy carried some very mediocre teams for years. And when he got hurt none of his backups could find any success at all. That speaks volumes about how much of the teams success was on his shoulders.

As I understand, a bit more than normal, but nothing close to KKK back then.
