This is somewhat unrealistic at the moment but if the UFC were to sign Alexander Shlemenko I would love to see him get a chance to avenge his loss to Jacare. I doubt Jacare would try to keep it standing with him like he did with Okami.

Jacare should fight a top 3, then wait for a title shot should he win. Most realistic choice would be Machida or Bisping. I think Jacare would much prefer fighting with Bisping than Machida.
