He doesn't have to be involved. Also, there is a price on everything. Sorry if it's stubborn, but having seen the Kimbo-Shamrock fix, I don't trust some of Bellator's fights. I think 99% are legit, but no one will convince me otherwise about Sonnen-Tito. The hold Sonnen had made no sense, the apparent tap by Tito, and the fact that he didn't even have Sonnen's neck.

It's not a knock on Tito, I just think the fight was fixed. It looked that way at least.

Tito also submitted Ryan Bader. So if Sonnen or Bader win the tourney, just know the real champ is Tito.

Steroid pride fedor or current natty fedor?

    Either way it’s sonnen regardless.

It's weird I feel on his best day Chael P Sonnen can out grapple anybody.
But can get subed with 1 second left in the round.

Chael can take down anyone and control for a while. He has a hard time maintaining the lead. Presonally I don't see Fedor tapping him from the bottom. I think his best chance of winning is standing

Fedor used to be great off the clinch and had a great judo\sambo style.

Sonnen is a better wrestler though.

Fedor doesnt avoid the ground. He just doesnt have the explosive takedowns he used to rely on so he has to stay up til he finds another way,or just drop guys. Hes prob not that slick w subs either but he can probably still smash a dude into pizza if he gets a dominant top position

What do you mean he doesn’t avoid the ground? He just avoided the ground in his last fight vs mir after his awesome judo hip toss smh

Because he didnt have mir controlled after the throw. He couldnt secure a good position and He knew mir could wind up on top in that scramble

I had a dream this morning that I was watching the fight. Fedor dropped Chael, who quickly tapped out as fedor followed up.
    A good Omen I hope.

Even as a fedor fan I would have to say this is possibly true. But the better grappler doesnt always win. I've subbed higher belts and been caught by lower belts for being lazy. I think Fedor has enough experience to avoid Sonnens attacks just as long as he isnt reckless. We will see what happens. Would be epic to see Fedor put some skills on Sonnen like he did on Mir. But I could also see Fedor paying the price for not being careful.
