    Interesting read, thanks. I do remember reading somewhere that coconut oil is primarily medium chain triglycerides, which may be beneficial to your health, and it's good to see it again.

    The first article also states that the Tokelauan and Kitavan cultures consumed a lot of seafood. The high amounts of EPA and DHA in their diet likely aided in their overall health as well.
