I think the ufc should make a huge tournament taking every champion from every division and the 3 top contenders (4 per division × 8 divisions) and form a 32 fighters single elimination tournament.

It has to be divided into 2 large brackets of 16 each with two fighters from every division selected randomly, this is so there's an equal distribution of say HW's and so that one bracket is similar in strength to the other.

Initially we would need two 8 fight cards for each bracket (or a card of 16 fights), but then you could have one 8 fight card for the next round, and eventually you could just incorporate the fights into normal cards as the Tournament Events.

This would be an awesome idea and would lead to insane fights.

Who do you think would win it? Would lower classes stand a chance?

So in a normal bracket, such as the NCAA tournament, the #1 seed would face the lowest rank seed.
That would mean that Stipe would face Mighty Mouse.
<6>I don't like it.

Weight makes a big difference, and HW would rule the roost.

Doesn't that mean Stipe would fight Kyoji Horiguchi?

In an upset, FW Conor beats LW Conor in the finals

Actually made a simulation out of morbid curiosity and it prolly isnt a good idea

I think Anthony Johnson or Daniel Cormier have a legitimate shot of winning the whole thing.

They could have it over an entire weekend. It would be amazing but unfortunately it will never happen

Yeah especially cormier, since he's already proven he can ragdoll top heavyweights.
