Haven't seen John Wick, but from what I've read, he wins if it's a gun fight. Otherwise, it goes to McCall.

Mcall needs seconds to prepare. Yes Wick killed some fools with a pencil and was quick on his feet with it, Mcall has the whole gameplan setup with a glance of the room. Wick is just improvising.
