I'd take Mousasi but this would be a great fight I think.

Moose would remind Israel that there are no swamps in...Israel.

It's no longer just hype when you beat Kelvin Gastelum, especially in that fashion.

I pick Israel. I think he is too creative on the feet for Gegard. Mousasi would bring nothing Israel hasn't seen before, but the opposite isn't true.

I'd also pick Gastelum over Mousasi, I think he'd finish Moose with strikes even. Not hating on Gegard but styles make fights and these are two really tough matchups for him.

I think its funny how everyone ignores the obvious achievements of Israel. I am not sold on Israel either but Its clear he's amongst the best. Mousasi got tooled by Souza like he was a little bitch and that was in Moose's prime. To say Israel will be demolished, like most of the idiots on here, is a real stretch. There is no evidence that Moose could take him down and the striking would likely favor Izzy.

Under MMA rules 50/50, but Izzy probably wins due to having better footwork (ala Machida but with more touches).

Under kickboxing rules Izzy 80/20 - a complete destrution.

Moussasi getting top control on Adesanya would be a scary experience for him. I'd favour Gegard in this fight quite comfortably. He can finally let his striking go without the fear of a takedown and also implement his own takedown when needed.

I have noticed there is a lot of bias against fighters from NZ. Izzy seems to be getting it done and everyone from all over the world is salty as fuck about it. Much the same as people thought about The Reaper.
There is a reason Moose left the UFC and I doubt it was because of the money.

Izzy is VERY lucky to be coming up into his prime right now at MD. You dismissing a Prime Jacare like he was a Bum is in fact making YOU the idiot. If you honestly think Izzy could've gotten past the murderous row of MD that just got past the fence consisting of Jacare, Yoel, Luke, Weidman, Machida, Silva & Kennedy without a loss... I want sum of that Good Stuff You Smokin Man! My bet is that only prime Anderson could get past these monsters... and I'm not even sure prime Anderson could beat a Game Rockhold! I like Izzy's demeanor... but c'mon lets keep things real here!

Israel with ease. He'll stop the takedown and beat Gegard standing.
