Who won round 3, Jones or DC?

In your mind, who won the 3rd round? Could we get a poll?

 

I thought DC won Rd 3, but I wouldn't argue with someone that had it the other way around.

I had it:
Rd 1: Jones (close)
Rd 2: DC (close)
Rd 3: DC (close)
Rd 4: Jones
Rd 5: Jones

 

I had it for Jones. Cormier was clearly slowing down towards the end of that round.

 

That was my only toss up round. But I gave it to JJ because he was in control.

 

R1: Jones
R2: DC
R3: Jones
R4: Jones
R5: Jones

But of course this is Sherdog, so eventually this fight will turn into a robbery and DC will be declared the winner of rounds 1-3

It was the only round that was close but I went with Jones.

49-46 I had it.

I think when you're a fan and you score fights as you watch them (as some of us do) you really need to focus more than a judge would because of your inherent bias.
I mean, I really really wanted DC to win but you can't just give someone a close round just because you like a guy more.

 

i had it 49-46 with cormier winning rd2.

 

No takedowns in that round Jones controlled and landed more strikes. But it's Sherdog so the hater goggles will see it different.

This. Cormier was done after round three. All three judges and 90% of the people ive readymade Jones winning 1, 3, 4, and 5. There's really no question. DC did practically nothing.

 

Who really cares.

90% plus of the people think Jones took rounds 1,4, and 5. So that wins you a 5 round fight every time (unless some crazy 10-8 shit happens)

 

DC fans wanna split hairs. Is normal.

I used to do the same thing every time Shane Mosley lost.
