    Typical Sherdog flavor of the week, Fighter A beats Fighter B in the most recent event and Fighter A is automatically the "be all end all" of MMA until the next event when the next fighter that wins gets the title.

    Not too long ago after Rumbles win over Lil Nog I remember most Sherbros takking about how he would KO Cain and JDS in a handicap match lol.

    Cain smashes Jones with relative ease... deal with it Sherdog.

    I think that Cain would have a lot of trouble getting a hold of Jones. I can see Cain winning the 4th and 5th in a very close fight, but I'd ultimately favor Jon Jones. I think that either Alexander or Cain have the best chance to beat Jones, though.

    Cain unless you mean after a couple years of bulking up to match a heavyweights size, then who knows?

    cain easily.

    i thought dc had it after the second rd. He won that round and jones looked gassed. DC ended up being the gassed one. Cain wouldn't gas and it would basically be the 2nd round over and over again until he gets the Takedown and pounds jones out.

    It isn't that I necessarily think that Cain wouldn't win one of the first three rounds - it is very possible. This is a pick 'em fight. I just believe that Jones has more ways to win it. Cain's cardio is a weapon of his, so I think that he would have more success in the 4th and 5th.

    I voted Cain, and have trouble envisioning how Jones could beat Cain or JDS. The only path to victory that I can imagine is via point-fighting decision, and I would be shocked if he could pull it off against either man; particularly Cain.
    Jones' weapons are not lethal enough to slow Cain down; muchless finish him.

    We'd have to see Jones at HW first. Skill-wise, Jones would give Cain a good fight.

    I think Cain wins it. His movement, cardio, striking diversity, pressure and power are something Jones hasn't faced.

    I actually think this fight is closer than anyone realises.

    Jones only has Gus and Rumble that are anything interesting. And Cain has Werdum

    I would have said Cain before Saturday night. But Jones handled Cormier's wrestling and clinch game so well that I can't believe he wouldn't be able to handle Cain's. And if Cain's wrestling is neutralized, he is vulnerable.

    I think Cain wins, but I think Jones has a legitimate chance, probably more than Werdum or anyone else as HW.
