No. With a height and reach disadvantage, it's not very likely that DC will be doing anything but lunging in with puches or rushing for TDs. Pokes are normally used to keep an opponent at bay or slow his advance, neither are things DC will look to be doing. The only one with the frame to "fight tall" with Bones is Gus, but I can't really see him poking since he was so effective in bashing Bones' face in with punches, so why trade the tried and true tactic with something dirty and potentially less effective.

Out-poke the eye poke specialist? That's a brilliant idea... oh wait, it's not. It's still a foul which you shouldn't commit even if your opponent does. And I think Herb Dean won't be liberal to Cormier since he isn't the long-time champion.
